I've been coming here for about 13 years. The girls are great only ones who seem to be able to do my nails without them lifting off from the top.

First time coming here & I love it. Waiting time wasn't bad 15-20 min wait time. Ladies here were friendly & nice. Got a pedicure done & like how it came out. I got Lena & she was awesome. Best down recommend her. Will be coming here from now on.

    "YOU VIETNAMESE? YOU MARRIED?"

What better way to spend 1hr being interviewed by my very own Angela/o Johnson in real life while getting good service on the nails. LOL. Don't worry, hose questions come up at every nail shop I go to. The best nail technicians are at these small random shops.

Tom (yes, a dude) did my hands and one of the ladies did my feet. They both did a great job and took their time cutting my cuticles, trimming and shaping my nails, cleaning under the nails, scrubbing the bottom of my feet, and giving my legs and arms a massage. They are blunt, telling me I have a lot of cuticles and my nails look better squared than round. Thanks I appreciate raw honesty. Gel manicure, regular pedicure, and tip = $56

Love the culture of this place. They were all homies cracking jokes. Although it was all in Vietnamese, you just can tell they were homies.

    Until the next review...

I love this place. Everyone has their favorites and this one is mine. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Yes sometimes you have to wait, but patience is a virtue people. Lena, Tom, Quinn, and Wendy are amazing. I always see Tom for my manicures, he makes sure I leave looking and feeling amazing. All the employees are very friendly and they try their best to give everyone the best experience they can.

I've waited a couple of weeks to write this review. Typically when I get my nails done at other nail salons my nails only last about a week before they start to lift or chip off (I always get gel manicure and regular pedicure). This place is amazing. I've had the same mani/padi for two weeks and it still looks great! The sweet lady with the glasses did my pedicure did the best job I ever had. My feet still feel soft and look great. I think my nails will last me about a month Ps that's picture is 2 weeks old

    BIKINI WAX w/ Lena

I don't get waxes regularly, so I have to brace myself every time I get one when summer starts. Lena was so comfortable to be with and somehow made it less painful than other times I've gotten waxed elsewhere.
What I really liked about Lena was how thorough and clean she was. At other salons, I normally go straight home to clean up from the wax or pluck out stray hairs, but Lena was so meticulous that I didn't leave feeling wax still on or any missed hairs (I was actually able to go out and comfortably finish getting ready for my sister's wedding). She also asked me before how low I wanted to go which was great because I've had other waxes where I couldn't wear a bikini after since they didn't wax enough.
Overall, great experience and great results. Lena is an artist and cheerleader. When I move back to California, she will be my go-to!

I love this place! This is the only nail salon I'll go to now, I'm very picky about my nails. I go every two weeks to get them done. I've been happy with my nails everytime. They do great work. Attention todetail and the staff is all very friendly.

Tom is amazing when he does my nails, he's a perfectionist and I like that ,
Kim is also amazing with my pedicure , awesome .

This is my go to. I love coming with my family for some nail time. They always treat you good and do a good job.

    Love this nail salon!
I'm coming here for couple of years now to see Wendy for my nails and I love her work !
Her sister Lina does my pedicure and it's Bomb as well.
They are super friendly and most importantly they speak English!!!
They offer here wine and cookies while you waiting or getting your nails done !
    Cool loving this SPA

You want to get a Brazilian or any wax done please go to Lena. She is the best in town, I have tried many different salons but no one is as fast and perfectionist as her, she makes sure there is no hair left. Besides that she is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable, and prices are reasonable.

First time customer. Did a full set acrylic with Wendy. She was amazing! So fast and very friendly! I normally dread having to sit for 1-2 hours to get my nails done, but she was so fast, precise but at the same time gentle. She did an awesome job, and I didn't have to ask her to correct anything (I always have that problem when getting my nails done). I'll definitely be a returning customer.

  • *****

Got my nails done by Wendy for $25. She did gel on my real nails with manicure. Cheaper then alot of places. She fixed my chipped nails also. Did a great and quick work. Will come back again for sure!

  • *****

Wendy did an amazing job on my nails she was so sweet and fun to talk to! I recommend her and this nail salon

This used to be my go-to pedicure spot. Our return visit to OC was turning out to be a trip to my old haunts, so it seemed appropriate to get a pedicure at Creative Nails.

Every pedicure I've had there lasts for at least two weeks. They give great foot massages too.

    Their $13.99 manicure/pedicure special is a steal.

Don't get sucked into the up-selling tactics. Someone will inevitably try and sell you a "beautiful" flower for your big toe or extra callous removal for your heals.

I travel from Aliso to come to this nail salon in particular because they are not overly chatty or nosy! That is huge because I get my nails done biweekly and the last thing I want is some woman asking me about random stupid crap!

Upon walking in you are immediately greeted by a "Hi hunny! Mani pedi for you?" Yes please! They escort you to a chair and they will start you off and leave your feet to soak while you browse a magazine or watch Animal Planet or Dirty Jobs or something equally as fascinating, which i love :)

And the best part is they ask you questions about the services before i.e. do you want callus removal, do you want longer massage, etc. and are not pushy about it at ALL.

I think the best part is that they don't gossip, they quietly do their work, pausing every so often to ask you for your approval on how long you want your nails cut, if you like the color after they apply polish, etc.

The polish always last more than 2 weeks, which is fabulous.

One thing you do need to know is that they no longer accept tips on the credit card transaction so when you go try to have a few dollars in cash to tip. I never carry cash and found out the hard way! Luckily I had an emergency cash fund in my car :)

I started going here over 2 years ago. I've been to so many nail salons, but Creative Nail is definitely at the top of my list. ANyone here can give you a great mani or pedi, but LIna gives the best full sets, fills, and nail design. She shapes the nails so perfectly and her nail art is always done with the greatest detail and perfection

  • *****

I haven't been to many nail salons in my life, but this one is still awesome in my book. They took such good care of me. The chairs and spas are nice, and they were not rude at all. They spent forever on me, massaging legs with stone, and manicuring nails to perfection.

Pedicures are $13 and full sets are $25. French pedicures are $16.

  • *****

This is my fav nail spa! They do a great job and all their spa chairs are always clean and upgraded! I've sent many of my friends and co-workers and they all love it too! Highly recommended!
Which reminds me... I should make my appt with Wendy! She's great!

So after my failed experience at a previous nail salon, I found this nail salon on the ever powerful Yelp! It was definitely an experience I can get used to. Not only were their Spa Pedicures cheap ($12.99 to be exact), they did such a great job. They go an extra mile with their warm towels, warm lotion, and even a hot stone treatment. Consider me spoiled! I've fallen in love and I hope I don't jinx it!

I came in to get a pedicure and to get a bad set of acrylics removed. You no want fill? No, I just didn't really like the acrylics for me, personally. They were too long for me (I'm used to natural nails), and it was a crappy set-- the powder that the manicurist had left gunked under the nails drove me crazy all week that I was on vacation!

Speaking of vacation, my feet were DYING after a week of walking at Walt Disney World in Orlando. I probably logged like 150 miles on foot all week. So the pedicure was SO necessary!

I just walked in, no appointment, on a Tuesday afternoon. All the chairs in the front were empty, although after about ten minutes a woman walked out from having her eyebrows waxed.

I had two different people working on me, an older gentleman removing my acrylics, and another woman working on my feet. From walking in the door to leaving, I was in there about 50 minutes. The man removing my nails was very gentle and offered me a manicure after removing them. At first I said no, I didn't want to spend too much $$, but he said most people get them after removing the acrylics. Again, I said no, but fifteen minutes later I ended up changing my mind. My cuticles are always a hot mess. I denied the offered hot oil treatment. After the man had ground off my acrylics, leaving the powder all over my arms, he lotioned my arms, which didn't feel so hot since all the granules of powder were ground into my skin. Ew. But this was really the only sour note.

The lady doing my pedicure offered me callous removal which I accepted (again... walking... all week!), and then she gave me a KILLER foot massage. I was in heaven. The hot stone massage was a nice touch but didn't last very long, just a quick rubdown. She really went over the polish on my toes to make sure it was perfect-- after she painted, she went over them with acetone to get any polish off my skin-- most places I've been to just dig into your skin with their nails to scrape it off.

After everything, they charged me $38. They didn't give me a breakdown, but I'm guessing it was something like this:

    Spa Pedi - $13
    Callous Removal - $5
    Remove Acrylics - $10
    Manicure - $10

I will definitely be back to this place if for nothing else for the $12.99 spa pedicure! :x

I felt like a bit of a traitor while getting a mani here. Ritz Nails is my go-to spot. My friends are regulars so we decided to meet to get stuff done after work. I had a really crappy day at work so I really needed a stress reliever. I was bummed to see that they didn't have any OPI polishes and you'll know why in a sec.

I walked in at about 6:30 when they close at 7 and they still took me. My friends were already in massage chairs soaking their feet while I was waiting for someone to give me a mani. They put me at a table right in front of my friends so that we could chat. My lady was very very nice. Sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get some dialogue out of these ladies but this lady made it easy peasy. It was like talking to a friend! She convinced me to get a hot oil treatment since my cuticles were dry. What they hey, I thought it looked cool. The massage was very soothing. I felt so relaxed in the end. They also use hot rocks! She rubbed it against my arms. She said it was to enhance circulation. Iiiinteresting! It was kind of hot but it felt good. I liked the way she shaped my nails. My nails are short and the manicurists always like to square them out, which I totally hate. She kept them kind of rounded for me. Score!

By the time I was done, I let my fingers sit in front of the fan for a good 10 minutes. You'd think they'd be okay by then. Whenever I use OPI it dries pretty dang fast. Maybe I was being careless but by the time we got to dinner I noticed all but 2 of my nails were jacked up! BOO! I don't blame them though. I think I'll definitely come back but I'll bring my own polish. They accept CC but it's a $1 service charge for any charges under $20. Eesh!

I live in the Seattle area and went to this salon based on Yelp reviews because my sister and I needed mani/pedis before our cousin's wedding. Overall, the reviews posted here seem very accurate. It's definitely a middle/average nail salon and the NAIL POLISH IS CHEAP (no O.P.I., and I'm kind of a polish snob because the high end stuff really does last longer). The ladies who worked on us did a good job and were friendly. All but one of them spoke perfect English so there was no communication difficulty. Mainly, what is annoying about this place is that they CONSTANTLY upsell you. I agree w/ the yelpers who state that if you don't buy into their "extras" the service suffers afterward, but I really didn't care. Also, they were pretty awkward about tipping, seeming to be dissatisfied w/ our 20% tip - as if they deserved more for constantly upselling and making me feel awkward!

Overall, I would say "go", but just know what you're in for. This is not a luxury spa/salon, it's a cheap nail place.

This is really a 3.5 star but, I feel bad giving them a three so I will roll it over to a four.

This is a little spot that I have seen but never been to yet always say that I will try them out one day. Creative Nails is in the same strip mall of some places that I frequent often. Nano Threading, Hashigo Korean Kitchen, Anjin and Oki Doki. So alas I made it in unfortunately it was thirty minutes before closing. But, there was also three other clients in here so I didn't feel as bad. When asked what services I needed I told them a pedi and nail polish change. I stood there for a moment in an awkward silence with them waiting for them to tell me what station to go to. I eventually asked them where would they like me to go and once again there was a awkward silence and blank stares from the ladies. Honestly, I began to get annoyed. "HELLO, ANYBODY HOME" Then along comes a nice guy named Andy who told me what station to take.

My first impression was not a very good one. Yet, again I came in at thirty minutes before closing and that may of been a reason why. While Ana did the pedi Andy worked on my polish change. Andy gets five stars for his outstanding customer service. This is the first time that I really ever chatted away the entire time of my services at a nail salon with someone. I normally fall asleep, read my book or text. But, Andy is so friendly and can actually can carry on a conversation. Make you laugh even. The other gals seemed to be a little stand offish. Sad to say like deers in headlights.

The place is clean, I wasn't amazed by the nail polish selection. I had my own in my purse but I thought it was odd how they have OPI and Orly polish available ONLY FOR SALE. Also, thought it was odd that they have a "quick dry" top coat for a dollar extra and for those cheap flimsy spa sandals were also a dollar extra. Kinda of got the nickel-and-diming feeling here. I understand the cost of materials for example the sandals that is understandable but to charge for a quick dry coat. I didn't think about it then but when I left I got a little laugh out of it thinking that bottle may of cost them no more than $10 and they are charging a buck for a coat.. Silly, truly silly. Now, I am not complaining yet it sounds like it but the salon that I usually go to never charges extra for these sort of items. (Ylang Ylang Nails)

Would I come back? Sure. Would I pay that extra buck for a quick dry again.. No... Would I pay an extra buck for the sandals.. Possibly if in need as I was last night.

  • *****

They did a great job on my nails. I got a manicure and it was the best polish job I've had in years. She took her time and made sure each coat had time to try in between the layers. I will definitely be back!!

  • *****

I would say this place is pretty good. I agree w/ some others that their nail polish selection isn't very big, but it wasn't too bad. I found a couple colors I liked. My friend and I just used yelp for a nail salon in the area because we were at South Coast Plaza. I've passed by this strip mall before but never had to go in for anything. So it was nice to know this place was right by the mall and open on a Sunday when almost everything else in this stirip mall seemed to be closed. It took them a little while to get started because they were a bit busy and maybe don't expect that many customers on Sundays? But it was fine since I had a friend to chat w/ and they have tv's on and magazines to read.

They try to sell you on the extra foot scrubbing thing, the designs, and even a quick dry top coat, but what nail place doesn't upsell all this kinda stuff? Not too surprised. They didn't try to engage in conversations w/ me, which is fine, and they didn't talk all loudly amongst themselves, which is nice as well. Overall a good mani/pedi at a good price! If I'm in the area, I'll go again. :)

I love to have my nails done and for years I have given up on having arcylic nails done on me. I have tried so many places but nobody could make my nails last for more than 3 days, no joke. My nails often leap in two days no matter what.
Six months ago I decided to try out this place since it is near home.
Andy is assigned to help me and I challenged him. I told him if my nails could last for 7 days I would be happy. Make the story short. It did. I am happy to find a place and someone who can make my nails last longer. Andy is kind and really want to make me happy. He is not just there to make money. I now come there every 3 wks.

  • *****

I've been here a handful of times and I've always had good experiences. The people I've spoken to there have always been really nice and polite, and have remembered my mom and I even though we go really sporadically which is sweet of them. Whenever I get a manicure here, the nail polish always lasts a really long time. They do definitely nickel and dime for silly things like gel or other things that tend to be included in most manicures, but at least they're upfront saying it will be an extra charge as opposed to offering it then tacking on an extra five bucks at the end! Their selection of nail polish to purchase is always really nice with hard to find OPI colors, so that's an added bonus! I really like it here for a quick mani/pedi when the pockets are feeling steep enough for beauty quest! :)

  • *****

I came here to get a bikini wax (yeouch!) on recommendation by my friend. She says, "Go see Lena, she's the best!"

So, I went to see Lena. She IS the best! This place seems a little run down inside, but the service was great and the pain was minimal. Lena was super awesome and I would definitely recommend her for your waxing needs.

I had made an appointment, but when I arrived they weren't busy at all (granted, it was 3pm on a Wednesday). They take walk-ins.

Bikini wax: $25....awesome! Also, you CAN put tip on the credit card (I did).

  • *****

I just realized I have been coming here for almost 8 years! I love these ladies. They do an excellent job. Kim gives an outstanding pedicure. Lina works miracles with my precious eyebrows. I never go anywhere else!

  • *****

It's been 3 weeks and some change since I went to go get a French pedicure done for my wedding and every single toe is still intact. This is after a long day of a ceremony+taking photos+dancing all night long in peep toe shoes and 3 weeks of wear and tear since then (and I am constantly on my feet and walking around at work). I've never had a pedicure that lasted this long and still look like I just got it done. Amazing.

Props also go to the girl who did my gel manicure. The last time I got a gel manicure (not here), the back of my hands got very dark brown and spotted and it didn't fade for almost 2 months. According to my doctor, it was due to burns I sustained from the UV light that's in the little "oven" you put your hands in after every polish coat. I've abstained from getting gel manicures since then but seeing how they last so long and look so great, I wanted to get one done for the wedding.

I made sure I put on sunscreen about 30 minutes before my appointment at the salon and when the girl started on my nails, I asked her to please put a towel over my hands every time I had to put them in the "oven". She didn't even flinch but just nodded of course, and made sure they were covered each time. I really appreciated her not questioning what might have seemed like fussy and unnecessary behavior on my part but she never questioned it. Plus, she did a great job on my nails and the color was exactly what I wanted.

The only thing I'm bummed about is that the salon isn't closer to home. But then again since my mani/pedis are lasting so long, I guess I can get down there once a month. Totally worth it.

    5 stars all the way.

  • *****

I found this place a year ago and have been going there ever since. The manicurists are pleasant, the price is great, and the overall experience is great. I love the stone massage. Last week I didn't want color on my hands and the manicurist showed me a clear with pink that made my nails look healthy and shiny.

  • *****

I have read many of the reviews here and i am laughing my butt off. This salon does a great job. If you are looking for cheap nails, you get what you pay for. My nails and toes last always 3-4 weeks. I pay for good gel and am always satisfied. Been coming to this salon for may years. Yes they get busy, its a very busy center. No biggie, i just come back another time. People crack me up. Omg the salon was packed and i had to wait 20 mins. Omg i only wanted to pay $17 and my polish chipped. Lmao. Pay a few extra dollars. You are worth it.

  • *****

My mom and I have been coming here for mani/pedis for the last 5 years. They always do a great job, are very courteous and I never feel rushed. They will tell you the options (callus removal, quick dry top coat) but never push you if you decide not to choose the extra cost option. Under $30 spa mani/pedi comes with a foot scrub, warm lotion massage and hot pebble massage for hands and feet. This is all done in a massage chair with a warm foot soak and the included cuticle cleaning and nail filing. Overall the cost is excellent for the quality of the manicure and pedicure.

  • *****

Spectacular work and great service. Definitely a return customer.

  • *****

I've been coming here for 10 years and I love all the ladies. I moved away for a few years and went to other salons but got crappy work. Here, they ask specifically what you want and I like that.i honestly don't get my pedi's as much as I should but when I need it done, I go to Creative Nails. Plus, $18 for a pedi WITH callous treatment is unbeatable!

  • *****

My friend and I were out for a girls pamper day. We chose Creative Nails and Spa by chance as we were visiting in OC. We were greeted warmly by the staff and taken right away for our treatments. Great pedicure with attention to detail. Thanks Kim! The hot rock was an added treat to my pamper treatment!! I recommend Creative Nail Spa!!

  • *****

Very helpful, Great service, my sister loves this place. Recommended it to myself and my girlfriend, and we love it.
Great spot for a manicure and normal color.

  • *****

Been coming here for a couple of years now. And every time I leave very happy and relaxed. As a man, I've always felt most place just rush in you and get you out. However my very first experience here that did not happen and I was shocked! So I came back again and again...now I'm giving credit where credit is due.

All of the ladies are very nice with all of the clients. However my favorite is Ms.Kim !!! I'm not too particular who works on my hands, but my feet I am. As an athlete and business man my feet constantly bang up against shoes creating ingrown toe nails. Kim always gets them out, and keep my feet happy!

In conclusion I'm very excited and recommend you try the place. Very friendly, very clean, and I've yet to see a woman walk in and not walk out being happy. Doesn't hurt that their location has a bunch of food and sweets in the same complex. Enjoy your time and tell them Steven sent you:)

  • *****

I rarely make time to write a review but this is much deserved. I have been going here for over 2 years. I see either Wendy or Andy. They always provide excellent customer service, know me by name, don't rush to the next customer and the prices are unbeatable. My nails always look perfect and last until the next fill without falling off. I have shopped around and tried many other nail salons in the area and nothing compares to quality and price. I refuse to go anywhere else.

  • *****

My first time coming here on thursday and it was the best. I had a relaxing time when they did the stone massage on arms and legs.
They did my nails perfect without telling them what to fix.
Definitely a place to recommend for spa and nails.
Wendy definitely did a good job on acrylics.

  • *****

Dear Wendy. You were my nail lady today. I am so glad I popped in to the salon and was lucky enough to have YOU do my nails. Seriously- I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years now and this is honestly the best job and the most attention anyone has ever given my nails. They look fantastic! You were quick - funny and personable. I will be back to you every time I have my nails done from this moment forward. Thank you so much! 5 STARS!!!

  • *****

The best pedicures and they even have a small chair for the kids to get a pedicure

  • *****

I was in a hurry to get my toes done and I only had an hour. I went to Creative Nails because they are close to my work.

I like the gel polish because I'm a klutz and chip my regular polish all the time. I was taken care of by Quyen and she was fantastic!! She listened to my requests and she got my toes done in an hour and I got a mini massage too.

I will be back to see Quyen very soon.

Took my mom here when she came to visit. Came here because it was close and I liked the name. The inside is very cute. Location is easy to find and parking is decent. There was a huge group of ladies there for some birthday thing, so we had to wait about 30 minutes before being tended too, but it was worth the wait. Both of our nail techs were very nice, soicable, and did a great job. My mom was very impressed with the callous removal. Says it was best she ever had. I had my nail tech do halloween design on my toes. Although, I can do just as good, I liked her art. The best part was the price. Total for both me and my mom was $38. Wow! Last time I took her is wad almost $55. What a steal. I will definitely be coming back here. I would definitely recommend this place!

  • *****

Wendy is the best! She is super precise and sculpts any shape. She is very creative with designs as well. Love her! Any pedicurist will do. The chairs all massage and are working. Plenty of available help, and everyone has a good attitude. On this recent visit although, two customers were extremely rude to the staff. Please be on your best behavior here, and respect the establishment.

I think this mail shop is awesome! Everyone is nice! Quinn is my lady she has always done a wonderful job! Vu is also great!Actually everyine who has ever worked on me did a superb job!

Came here when I was waiting in line for Halal Guys....It was around 7:30pm and they still had customers. So I asked if they were able to do my nails. They were very accommodating. I did gel nails. They charged $25 for them. I had the guy and he did a good job of my nails. He was very detail oriented and made sure my nails were on point and in shape. He cleaned my cuticles and shaped them nicely. He did multiple layers/coats on my nails. I spent around 45 minutes just doing my nails. I would come back here next time.

Best pedi's in town - Kim is my favorite however I have never had a bad pedi

They have always done a great job on my pedi's , and they have a pink child size pedi chair just for my daughter we love doing mommy daughter dates there

I've been going here for a couple years now and I absolutely love this professional establishment. Lena and Wendy are usually my ladies who do an amazing job! I rate them a well deserved 5 star and so long as I'm working in Costa Mesa, I will continue to bring my business there.

  • *****

Best place to get your nails done! They always look flawless.  I also appreciate how you can have your nails and toes done at the same time while getting a chair massage.  Would never go anywhere else!

  • *****

I was planning an international trip and I wanted to make sure I had the best mani/pedi in town so I stopped by.  Spa Pedi for $13 can't be beat!  I also had a gel mani and they gave me four coats just to make sure that I liked it and my hands look awesome!  My only reservation is that you have to pay cash for tips because you can't tip on your credit card.  Other than that, always a great experience :)

P.S.  Beware of the upselling... you will get asked about adding flowers, hot oils, longer massages, etc.

  • *****

I have been going to this nail salon or close to 15 years now I love them!  Leana is awesome.   Salon is clean, easy to find and has good parking.  I drive from Westminister to Costa Mesa every two weeks religiously to see my ladies.

First time visit, I just left and LOVE my nails!!!! Never before had I had black colored gel polish applied, yet thanks to Andy, he suggested I give it a try as they dry fast and pretty much keep invinicible ( he wiped my nails w remover to show how tough and sturdy the color holds...immediately after application and quick dry! ) See, I'm a drum tech and need nails to withstand the roughness that that job entails.
So go there, they are awesome! Andy especially! They are great peeps, friendly and its clean, sterile and great TV programming on!
FYI- they do take credit cards but tips cannot be added to the cc debit...so take CASH for tips! Better for them anyhow in my opinion.

I usually hate trying a new spot for a nail salon, but my friend talked me into it. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Small little shop, super friendly staff. I never had so much fun having a conversation with a manicurist. My manicure was $15, including a cuticle treatment. Nice!

I relocated from Central Ca in 2008 and basically searched an entire year before finding CN&S. Lina has always done well by me. I'm here every 3 weeks for the gel mani/pedi and complimented, consistently, on my nails.

I will be coming here for my pedicures from now on. Down the street from me and they are open on Sundays!
    $13 for a spa pedicure? I'm sold.
They also offer two kid spa chairs, so I brought both my daughters here. They loved it. Getting pampered like their mommy? What little girl wouldn't like that?
The ladies were nice and very sweet to my girls. It did take a while and I was sitting there for a bit but I was in no rush.
Tip: ( I read the reviews that some customers could not add tip, I was able to add tip but I asked her before she swiped my card if I could add tip) Be sure to ask before they swipe so they can include it :)

Oh my !! It's great. I got sat right away. Don't know why they gave others false wait times. So I just got a pedi. She made my feet look normal again !! I serious have the feet of an African child. Rough tough  ! She had to use a grinder. Lol

I love this place. Been going here for almost 4 years now. Friendly service and love their massage chairs!

I've been coming here for a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else. They have more gel colors than anywhere I've ever been. Typically, they have someone doing your manicure/pedicure at the same time so it makes for quicker service. I have had almost every employee provide service over the past year and I have nothing but positive things to say... However, Andy usually does my nails... He's a sweetheart. I actually lost my phone once and went to the salon to ask to use their phone. Andy gave me his personal phone to use... without question. They have the best customer service around. I love these guys!

I went for the first time since moving back to the area. Lena was my manicurist. Though they were busy she never made me feel neglected. She did a great job on my gel manicure. The fact that she told me her goal was to ensure I left happy and people ask where I get my nails done, let me know she took pride in her job! I think I found my new nail place!

Andy, Lena, Wendy all do an amazing job. Been coming here for years. Won't go anywhere else after having to go to other places because of travel. Always happy when I leave. My nails always last a long time and I always get compliments.

I travel quite a bit, been to quite a few places. For the money this place is phenomenal. Even if it was more expensive it's still super fantastic!

    Gin & Lin ROKK!

Great massage, didn't rush even though there were people waiting, used proper products and utensils, no skimping here.

They prefer tip in cash which is understandable.

I'd go back in a heartbeat!

It was $30 to take off my previous gel nails and apply the new ones-- Pretty standard pricing.

Wendy is seriously the sweetest nail technician I have EVER met! We bonded over the buffets in Las Vegas and seafood places in So Cal! (I clearly love conversations about food)

Her husband (unfortunately didn't catch his name) did my gel manicure and did an amazing job; to top it off he was funny so that's a plus. He really took his time to make sure all of my nails were evenly filed, that the gel was neatly applied and properly dried. I'll definitely be back!

I am from out of town and wow! $13 for a pedicure is a great deal. I found this place while I was waiting for my bento dinner at Anjin. It's in the same plaza. The ladies that work here were very nice.  I went there when they were busy so I had to wait a little, but they acknowledged that I was waiting and came to me twice to apologize and thank me for my patience. My pedicure was nothing spectacular, but for the price, it made my day! They have 2 flat screen TV's you can watch while getting your nails done and they also have a cute mini-spa chair for kids. Based on today's experience, I give it 5 stars relative to the great deal and great customer service.

Linda did my nails and i didnt get the pedicure ladys name, but both were fantastic. Linda spoke English and was really friendly. You can tell she likes her job. Shes also the manager.

The spa mani pedi included great massages, and they even used a hot stone! How cool is that!

They are organized and there prices are listed in their little booklet which is both professional and nice.

Will def be coming back! Especially since it's right next to nanu threading where I get my eyebrows done!

    Win, win.
